The Revolutionary New Way to Teach an Adult to Swim in One 3 Hour Session

This system is invaluable for people who need to learn to swim very quickly or situations where swim teachers visit remote areas and have a limited time to teach people. I also feel that this is valuable in developing nations or situations where people don't have the luxury to attend sessions week after week. In one session it changes the situation of a non-swimmer probably drowning to one of probably surviving if they end up in deep water.

It works really well for very poor swimmers as well. Most swim instructors try and correct the poor technique rather than fix the problems with the foundation of their swimming. They often have a lot of old muscle memory locking them into their old poor swimming form. This 3-hour block is enough to create some new correct technique muscle memory. 

I have used this system successfully over many years to help people become swimmers or better swimmers by the end of the session.

Ocean Swimming Skills You Can Practice in the Pool - for Trainee Surf Lifesavers

Held as a one to two hour workshop the benefits of this program are:
1) Trainees are shown ocean swimming skills
2) Trainees can practice the skills in a safe environment ( and do their own practice later )
3) Weak swimmers can be identified and given advice and if required advised to get some swimming instruction
4) Trainees have more confidence when they get into the ocean
5) Trainees learn skills at the beginning that can save their lives and / or people they rescue
6) Trainees ​learn the correct ocean skills they can pass on to others ( eg nippers, family, friends )
7) It can reduce the number of dropouts by trainees who can swim but do not have confidence in the ocean
